Masi Tiitan ja Anna Torkkelin tanssiteos antaa mahdollisuuden havainnoida muutoksia esiintyjän ruumiissa ja tarkkailla, miten arkipäivän rytmistä poikkeava tempo muokkaa kokemusta ajan kulusta. Arkipäiväinen teko, makuulta ylös nouseminen venyy esityksessä kestolliseksi tapahtumaksi. Esityksen alussa esiintyjä makaa lattialla, josta hän pyrkii kohti pystyasentoa. Koska esiintyjä ei toteuta ennalta suunniteltua reittiä, vaan etenee sisäisen tarkkaavaisuuden ohjaamana, aiemmat kokemukset pystyasentoon nousemisesta eivät helpota tekoa.
Teos ensiesitettiin heinäkuussa 2016 osana Arte ry:n Parantola-näyttelyä Paimion parantolassa ja kesällä 2017 esitys vieraili Sorbus-gallerian Veranda-tapahtuman ohjelmassa. Tammikuussa 2018 esitys nähdään Wäinö Aaltosen museossa osana Kehonkuva-näyttelyä.

Wäinö Aaltonen Museum: Masi Tiitta and Anna Torkkel: unnamed piece
In Masi Tiitta and Anna Torkkel’s unnamed piece the daily action of rising up is stretched to a durational event. In the beginning the performer lies on the floor allowing the weight of her body to descend, and from this condition on she aims towards the vertical position without knowing how. The performer is not following a planned route but proceeding with the guidance of her inner attentiveness. Because of this, the earlier experiences of rising up aren’t helping. The piece opens a possibility for the viewer to observe the changes in the body of the performer, and follow how the shift from a usual tempo affects the experience of the time passed.
The piece was premiered as part of the artists’ association Arte’s Parantola exhibition in Paimio Sanatorium in July 2016. In the summer 2017 the work was shown in the program of Sorbus Gallery’s Veranda event. In January 2018 the performance is seen in Wäinö Aaltonen Museum as part of the Bodybuilding exhibition.
